This superb Victorian house has a wealth of character and charm. Situated close to the village of Rotherfield the property is alsojust over a mile of Crowborough Railway station with services into London.

Character Comfort
With its original crest proudly positioned on the front of the house, this extended four bedroom house is one of only four in a quaint Victorian terrace. Dated 1894, Brecon Terrace is a typical example of a Victorian house with its characteristic bay window to the front. The character continues inside and features include two cast iron Victorian style fireplaces and high ceilings. The property could also be restored further by removing the carpets to expose the wooden floors under the lounge if required. Originally, there would have been two separate reception rooms but these have now been opened up to provide a sociable lounge and arch to the dining area. The lounge also features a living flame gas fire for comfort and convenience.
A Tardis Inside
At first glance you could be fooled into thinking the living space in this end of terrace house is small, but once inside, the accommodation feels spacious and it continues over three floors. Along with the trademark, galley style kitchen, there is also an adjoining family room, which is ideal for children to play in or use as a breakfast area. Upstairs the rooms also feel large and with a good size double bedroom on the top floor, the house feels a lot bigger than you might think.
A Slice Of The Country
The owners of this pretty Victorian end of terrace, bought the property because of the space, and have utilised it all over their 11 year occupation. The house has been filled with many birthday parties and get togethers over the years, and provides an ideal family home. Within 200 yards of the village it also means you can easily walk to the local shops to pick up some supplies. Opposite the house is a hedge screen with fields beyond, and from upstairs, during the Winter months, there are distant countryside views across neighbouring farmland.
