The vendor plans to stay in the area. “This has been such a nice place to live,” she agrees. “The children take their roller skates and bikes out onto the red-way when they are not playing on the drive and this is an excellent location for accessing central Milton Keynes for work and to reach the M1 if I have to travel. Kingston, with its shops and eateries, is close by.” She will miss the friendly community, as well as the house itself, when she leaves. “I love everything about it – the high-quality finish, the calming neutral colour scheme and the social spaces, it really has been a dream home and now it is ready for someone else to move into and enjoy.”
